OUR CHEF-IN-CHIEF

With over 15 years of culinary expertise, Chef Krishna Singh brings authentic Indian flavors to Colorado Springs. A graduate of H.N.B Garhwal University with additional culinary training, Chef Singh has honed his skills in renowned establishments across India and China.

His impressive career includes roles as Indian Sous Chef at The Empire Brunei and Chef De Cuisine at Sarovar Portico Badrinath. Chef Singh has also catered high-profile events like the G-20 and BRICS Summits, serving the Indian Prime Minister Narenda Modi and other dignitaries.

Specializing in tandoor cooking, Chef Singh creates perfectly charred naans, succulent kebabs, and aromatic biryanis. His mastery extends to a wide range of Indian dishes, from robust North Indian curries to delicate South Indian specialties.
